Don’t you just love the movie, Jerry Maguire?
OK, sure. It’s kind of a chick-flick, so you guys may have been too cool to watch it.
If so, YOU MISSED OUT…
just sayin’. It has sports and stuff in it, so go rent it! Just be sure to have a box of tissue on hand and turn the lights off so nobody see’s you bawling…lol!
What you don’t want to miss out on is this episode of Real Training with Your Real Marketing Chick!
Why? Because I’m going to show you a cool little tool that you can use to get more traffic and sign ups to your blog or income opportunity.
And, like the tool that I recommended yesterday, it’s f*ree to sign up.
What is it?

It’s called the Hello Bar, and it places a full-width strip at the top of your website that helps to grab your reader’s attention without being spammy or weird. If you’re reading this on my blog, you can see it.
Look up. ^^
Yep, that’s the Hello Bar…unobtrusive, tidy, yet eye-catching.
A bit of Hello Bar trivia: The Hello Bar was originally offered exclusively by invite only. It’s now used by some really cool folks, like Gary Vaynerchuk and Tim Ferriss. Kind of reminds me of another killer invite only deal I’m in.
Here a few tips on how to make the most effective use of the Hello Bar in your marketing.
1. Offer a free report, gift, webinar, etc. and send people to a capture page. They get something cool, you get a lead…everyone’s happy!
2. Promote your affiliate link or primary opportunity.
3. Display a quote that makes you look smart and cool.
4. If you love this little plugin, you might consider upgrading to their $4.95 /mo version for more clicks. If I had an affiliate link, I’d give it to you, but sadly, I couldn’t find one.
This little bar packs a lot of punch for a little bit of effort…try it! I think you’ll LOVE it!

There’s a story that goes something like this…
There was a farmer who captured a young eaglet and placed it with his chickens. As the eaglet grew, it adapted to the chicken’s ways and environment so well that he soon became just like any other chicken.
One day, a man came by the farm and saw the eagle among the chickens. He pointed out that he was an eagle, not a chicken.
The farmer agreed, but pointed out that because he has adapted to the chickens’ ways, he will only do what a chicken does…and that he would never fly.
The visitor decided to see what would happen if he tossed the eagle into the air. Sure enough, the farmer was right. The eagle couldn’t fly, no matter how hard the visitor tried to help him.
So, the visitor decided to take the eagle to the top of a mountain. As they arrived, the eagle saw another eagle soaring gracefully through the air.
This caused our little eagle friend to realize that he wasn’t a chicken at all, but a grand and glorious eagle. He thought that maybe, just maybe, he too could fly!
The eagle screeched wildly, spread his wings and flew right from the man’s arm. He flew high in the sky and disappeared from the man’s sight.
You see, when the eagle had lived with the chickens, he ate like a chicken, he walked like a chicken, and he thought like a chicken.
It wasn’t until he caught the vision of himself as an eagle that he was able to fly.
Life’s the same way.
Until we catch a vision for our own lives, and what is possible are we able to soar like the proverbial eagles we were meant to be.
Are you hanging with the chickens when you should be acting like an eagle??
Well, stop already! Hold up your head and fly like the eagle you are!! Grab your future and RUN with it!!
